Kelanth Energy Solutions has established a formal in-house Safety and Quality Management System which satisfies the broad cross section of our client’s requirement. The company has earned good safety performance records in all her job execution. It has, over the years, developed a strong safety Policy and practice as well as high standard of job performance. This corporate attitude to safety has not only been recognized by our Patrons but has resulted in workers confidence in their assignments and this in turn has led to gradual growth and expansion of the company.
Our Quality Assurance
Our Quality Management system is based upon ISO 9001 Standards. The company is presently in the process of putting into place methods and procedures to obtain an ISO and NSO (NIGERIA STANDARD ORGANIZATION) listings.
The Kelanth Energy Solutions Standard Quality Plan template is usually tailored to meet the requirement of each specific contract.
Local Content Policy
Kelanth Energy Solutions is a technically inclined company owned and managed by Nigerians. Our skilled and unskilled workforce are all Nigerians. Materials used for construction, repair and services are first sourced locally and only if not available, sourcing is done overseas.
It is the company policy to continue to engage, train and promote Nigerians workforce to manage, supervise, operates and execute her projects. Kelanth Energy Solutions will only engage foreigners when thorough search has been conducted and no qualify Nigerian is available. Where such expert is engaged, It is mandatory for the company to employ a Nigerian to understudy and be trained to take over within the shortest possible time.
The company will at all-time source materials locally for her construction and services. If the required materials are not available, the company will have no alternative than to source beyond the shores of Nigeria. When that is done, the appropriate arm of the government will be informed of the need for local availability of such material.
This Policy shall remain enforced at all times for all projects to be executed by Kelanth Energy Solutions.
